“Women out at night are often construed as vulnerable and out of place. Yet darkness has historically been a space for female co-conspiring, magic and intrigue. As much of this history is lost, the design collects traces from the landscape in a virtual assemblage, incorporating 3d scans taken from sacred sites. A newly designed night goddess acts as a visual identity for the space. We make up a future from hints, scraps, and half remembered dreams.
